The neighborhood feels like a lived-in part of the medina, and Jemaa el-Fna is an easy, pleasant walk through the old city. Riad Losra is also conveniently close to Bab Ben Brahim, where taxis can stop, making it easy to reach the airport or new town while staying inside the medina. We had a bright, spacious room on the top floor with air conditioning and good Wi-Fi. The terraces beside and above it had sofas, plants, and lovely views that changed with the time of day. The traditional Moroccan style and courtyard salon were beautiful, and we were welcomed with mint tea when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and generous. Communication with Imad went smoothly from the start, and everyone was considerate and attentive without hovering. A calm, comfortable base with an authentic medina feel and good access.

Breakfast, mint tea, and the roof terrace were highlights, and the staff were really friendly. Our room was spacious, very clean, and decorated in a traditional style. We could get around Marrakech on foot from this convenient spot inside the Medina. With the windows shut, the street noise disappeared.

Imad leads excellent service here, answering all our questions with patience and charm. The food is simple, fresh, and tasty, and there's plenty of fresh mint tea. The Riad is clean, quiet, and peaceful, north of the medina within the city walls, with an easy taxi ride to the busier centre. A wonderful base for visiting Marrakesh.

We couldn't travel because of an unexpected passport problem, and contacted the riad as soon as we found out. We explained what had happened and said we hoped to rebook and stay there once it was sorted. They wouldn't offer a refund, credit, or another option. Even though we got in touch early and there seemed to be a realistic chance we'd book again, there was no flexibility or goodwill. This may follow their stated cancellation policy, but we found the response disappointing and lacking empathy. Future guests should know cancellations are handled very strictly, even when the reason is genuine and documented.

Imad and Ali made our stay especially memorable. Both were warm, courteous, and genuinely kind, and meeting them left me hoping to encounter people like them wherever I travel. The staff were thoughtful and always happy to help. Riad Losra is beautiful, full of traditional charm, and really captures the spirit of Morocco. Our stay in Marrakech was perfect. Highly recommended.
