The rooms are quite dark and barely insulated, so early morning noise from staff and other guests carries through. They do have the basic comforts, including air conditioning and heating. The riad has a lovely authentic character, is well preserved, and has a beautiful sunny rooftop. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the staff, especially Rachid, were welcoming and friendly. It's tucked away on a dead-end street, about a 5-minute walk from food and shops and a 20-minute walk from the main attractions.

A very comfortable place, with a cozy bed, air conditioning, and good breakfasts. The interior draws on original Moroccan architecture. The staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us tips on what to avoid and what to see. I really recommend it.

The location works well for visiting the souks and medina, and breakfast was plentiful. The staff were always ready to help, and the cleaners did a good job and were very friendly too. They helped us reserve a place for New Year's Eve and arranged several taxi rides for our group of eight. I'd strongly recommend the riad.

We had a very relaxing stay, with generous staff who were always there to answer questions. The hotel arranged taxis and excursions for us, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and accommodating, and the rooftop terrace had both sun and shade. I'd highly recommend it.

The staff at Riad Louaya were warm, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and the bed made. Being able to arrange a pickup on arrival and a ride to the airport on our last day was especially wonderful. If you visit Marrakech, staying in a Riad is a must, and this is a very good one. Thanks so much for everything!
