Ibrahim kept things organized and was very funny, and he really went out of his way for us. Hicham made check-in easy and was flexible about meal times and choices. We were a group of women traveling from Canada, and the staff looked after us beautifully in both French and English. The food was good, the pool setting gorgeous, and I got to stay on the rooftop terrace. Shukran Bezzaf to everyone, we had a great time in the palmeraie! 🫶🌴🫶

There are lots of stairs and no lift, so keep that in mind. The place has a traditional design and interior, with an eclectic old-school feel. You won't find flat-screen TVs in the rooms, but the service is amazing and the food excellent.

The setting outside was peaceful and nice, and the location suited me. The bed was comfortable, but the room smelled really bad. Breakfast was okay, with plenty of choices like butter, jam, amlou, and olive spread. The food otherwise was just bad. It felt like they didn't know how to cook.

The welcome was warm from the start, and the staff were both professional and friendly. The food service team did an excellent job too. I had a very pleasant experience and highly recommend it.
