The service was very warm and good, and the staff spoke English. But the rooms facing the street were noisy, the curtains didn't reach far enough at night, and the phone wasn't working. The rooms also weren't sufficiently sound-isolated from one another.

The hotel/hostel was clean and pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. At night, though, vibrating water pipes made an annoying noise in my room and made it hard to fall asleep.

The room was decent, with a pretty big bathroom and an okay bed, but some sockets or the AC remote were broken. I was traveling alone and asked for one big bed, but got two twin beds 🤷. The furniture was old, and there was an unpleasant smell. I arrived around 19:30 and wanted to eat at the restaurant, but they said it would close at 20:00 and they weren't taking any more orders. Very rude.

The rooms are huge, with big bathrooms, and mine had three beds. I ordered a breakfast box, but the hotel forgot to prepare it. The bus line to the center is very convenient, and costs only 6 lei.

The basement has a grocery store and a money exchange. The hotel itself is really nice, with spacious rooms, and there’s a bus stop almost right outside. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the city center.
