Clean, with good facilities and a decent place to stay, but it felt impersonal and not cozy at all. For Chisinau, it was pretty expensive.

At the Nova Poshta office, I went to collect a parcel and the employee asked me for the registration of a package for Ivan, who was a completely different person. They mocked me, saying it wasn’t my parcel or the parcel of the person who had requested it. I don’t know which Ivan they meant. They argued and made false claims, apparently to make it easier to find the parcel details in the system. I’m asking for the identity of the Ivan who had no real order to be checked, and for the employee to be punished under the law for charlatanism and slandering the names of non-existent people.
