10/10
The staff were very helpful, and we really enjoyed breakfast. The buffet wasn’t huge, but it had everything we needed and included a different speciality each day. We stayed four nights between Christmas and New Year. The hotel is in the Embassy District, and both the city centre and many museums are easy to reach on foot. Our room was modern, comfortable, and spacious enough. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The hotel is right in the center, close to everything you might need. My short stay at the Regency Hotel was very pleasant. The room was large, comfortable, and nicely kept, so it was easy to feel at home. The staff were welcoming and ready to help, which made the experience even better. A wonderful place to stay, highly recommended.

The rooms are clean and simple, with everything you need, and breakfast is decent, fresh, and satisfying without being extravagant. The central location is very convenient. I’ve stayed at the Regency Hotel in Chișinău several times, and today’s check-in showed why I keep returning. I arrived in a rush, looking for my passport, but was warmly greeted with, “No need, we know you, sir. Welcome back,” and my key was already prepared. That personal attention and focus on guests really stood out. A solid five stars from me.

Breakfast was a highlight, delicious and with a great variety of choices. My room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help. I had a great weekend stay at the Regency Hotel in Chișinău. It has a friendly but professional feel, and the city centre is just a short walk away. A very nice experience, I’d definitely stay again.

For that price, the service is unacceptable. Breakfast didn’t have enough food, the reception staff were cold in their communication, and the atmosphere was mood-lowering. There are better options in Chisinau.
