The room itself was dark, with spiders, and its window looked onto an abandoned building full of scrap. At midnight the receptionist was playing music on her phone, and at 4am another staff member was talking loudly with her. A terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. They don’t seem serious or concerned about customers. We’d booked at Bon Apart hostel in the city center and paid in advance. Only then did they tell us our room was actually in another building, 3km from the other hotel. We felt completely ripped off.

There wasn’t anywhere to eat in the area, so my friend had to look for food elsewhere, and he was really upset. His room was also hot, noisy, small, dark, and had spiders. It had no air conditioning, and there was a horrible smell of burning wood from the bathhouse right below it. He’d been sent there from bonapart hotel for 500 lei with a room, then had to pay 400 lei extra to get a normal room.
