Medelean Hotel

The central location was handy, with a shopping mall and some places to eat nearby. It got busy and crowded in the daytime, but was quiet in the evenings. My double room was spacious enough and seemed soundproof, though perhaps the hotel was just quite empty during my stay. I’d call it a decent 3* hotel, with a fair price, quality, and offer. I stayed within a week of its opening, so everything was brand new and clean. There was no breakfast yet, though they said it would be offered soon. Only towels were provided, so bring shampoo and shower gel. The staff’s English was very poor, so it’s better to know some basic Russian. There’s no private parking, but there is public parking in front.

For my 1-night stay, the modern room had air conditioning, clean sheets, and a hot shower.

I spent 7.days in KOMRAT CITY in March 2001, staying with my friend VITALEE HOME. I found it to be a very small, peaceful city. The people were humble and kind. Love you, KOMRAT.

Fine for a night. Service was competent, if indifferent.
