Breakfast was brought right to the table, simple but very good. The staff were young, friendly, helpful, and spoke English, which really stood out. The hotel is spacious and very clean, up to international standards. There's secure parking and fast Wi-Fi. Payment is accepted in cash or by MIR Card, and the price is very good for what you get.

The gym and sauna were spacious, clean, and great to use. It's a quiet spot near downtown, with free parking and very helpful staff. Special thanks to Svetlana, who smoothly helped arrange our arrival and shared useful tips about the city. We'll come back.

The room had plenty of space and the service was excellent. The receptionist was very helpful and would have tried anything to sort things out. Still, the shower water wasn't very hot, there's no refrigerator in the room, and the hotel is a bit farther out than the other large hotels. I paid in cash in Euros. It was a good stay overall, but check the water temperature and let them know ahead of time if you need it hotter.

The hostesses made us feel so welcome and were keen to help with any questions. The hotel is near the centre, but far enough out that we slept well. Thanks to everyone for such a kind, warm stay. I can recommend it to anyone.

I was there in September 2023 and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality made the biggest difference, and I was very happy with how they treated me. They deserve at least 5/5 stars.
