The menu was only in their own language, with no English translation, so it was very hard for international guests to understand the options and choose. That’s really inconvenient for a place welcoming visitors from abroad. The service also felt unfriendly and inattentive, which made the visit uncomfortable.

One of my friends never got his meal. When we asked about it, they said the kitchen was closed. The service was 0 out of 10 and very rude. My 550 g steak cost 24€, but it was overcooked and looked like at most 330 g, with the texture of a shoe sole. After my friend missed out on his food, we went to the place next door, where the food was really good. I don’t recommend coming here.

We had a lovely breakfast on the front terrace, looking out over the sea and promenade, and the restaurant was very good for dinner too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded to a large one with a sea view and a very comfortable bed. The huge bathroom came with extra towels, a robe, slippers, toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron. There was also a small fridge and kettle with a great complimentary choice of teas and coffees. The hotel feels like old-fashioned elegance with modern convenience. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks for a great visit, we’d love to return to this pretty hotel.

We chose to leave without ordering. The server didn’t offer us a menu and bluntly asked what we wanted, which felt rushed and disrespectful. They were impolite and aggressive, and that lack of courtesy overshadowed any good parts of the meal.

The tables were dirty and never got wiped down. It also seemed strange that they wouldn’t let tables be put next to each other, while homeless children could freely walk around asking for money, both on the terrace and inside the restaurant. 🤷🏼♀️
