The staff were always kind, helpful, and available when we needed them, and we felt genuinely welcome. It's a peaceful spot for a relaxing getaway, with a beautiful pool and a sauna. The calm atmosphere made it easy to rest.

The rooms didn't seem properly cleaned, and many parts of the hotel looked neglected and unhygienic. Reception staff could barely speak English. When we asked them for help, they got irritated, raised their voices, and seemed unwilling to assist. Their manner left us feeling stressed and uncomfortable instead of welcome. The poor service and lack of cleanliness made what should have been a relaxing vacation unpleasant.

The team were courteous and attentive, and the stay went smoothly. Sunny Side has a relaxed atmosphere and feels comfortable and clean. The accommodation and shared facilities both seemed well thought out. It's an enjoyable, well-managed property and a solid option for quality and consistency.

I had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

We're spending 5 weeks here, and everything has been wonderful so far. The host is lovely and quick to respond to questions, and the apartment has everything we need. The gym and sauna are a plus.
