The host was very friendly, spoke fluent English, and provided good service in advance. Wi-Fi was available, and the clean rooms are spacious. The place is a little worn, but it's quiet and near the river. Breakfast comes with a voucher for the central hotel 'Franca'. The room rate is fairly competitive.

The helpful staff are there when you need them, and there's plenty of parking on the premises. The hotel is super clean, and I slept so well here. It may be the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, with big pillows. Somehow, staying here feels like being at home. 10/10.

A fantastic mountain view in the morning, and the friendly, hospitable staff were ready to help make the stay really pleasant. It was a bit hard to find, though. Breakfast is included, tasty, and generous enough. The restaurant is about a three-minute walk away through the cozy city center, with the smell of coffee and freshly baked pastries.

The breakfast was the cherry on top, and we woke up to a beautiful mountain view. The beds were cozy, the rooms clean, and the staff very polite. One of our best short hotel stays so far, and good value for the price. We'll definitely consider staying here again!

The location is the one good thing. The rooms are old, and my room had no ceiling light, only a light on the floor. There's no elevator. Breakfast was poor, and it's a six-minute walk outside the hotel.
