We found it handy as a base for exploring, tucked into a quiet residential area but only a few hundred meters above the main coastal highway. The hillside setting sits well above Sveti Stefan, so the views over the Adriatic and the coastal towns are striking, especially from the pool and balconies at sunset. The villa is spacious and modern, with the expected conveniences like a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and several refrigerators. It worked well for a big family or a group of friends.

There were 11 of us, and the house had plenty of room. It was clean and well maintained, with a lovely view and a pool everyone enjoyed. We stayed in August 2024 and had a great time. The hosts were kind and helpful throughout, which made the whole stay easy. We’d happily recommend it.

The price felt like poor value for what we got. The neighborhood residents are strict about noise, loud music, and parties, and the view is worthwhile only from the villa’s upper floor. We were there two years ago, and one day the village had no fresh water. You need a car to go anywhere because the villa is far from both the beach and the city, and there isn’t enough parking for several cars or larger groups. I’m reading these other comments and can’t believe them. It wasn’t like that for us.

You’ll need a car here, as you do pretty much anywhere in Montenegro. We were 11 people and stayed for eight days. It was nearly perfect, with hardly anything to complain about, and our host was very kind and took great care of us.
