Hotel Kalos

A few useful spots are practically next door to Hotel Kalos: a department store, an ATM, and a Lebanese place to eat. The hotel is a bit away from the beach area, though not very far. The property looks fairly new, and its rooms are clean, thoughtfully furnished, and comfortable for unwinding after a day around Podgorica. It has a modern boutique feel and a quiet atmosphere despite being centrally located. Staff were welcoming and courteous, gave local tips and travel help, and handled check-in and checkout smoothly. Wi-Fi was reliable throughout. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with continental choices and some local touches, though not especially lavish. Parking is limited, so check availability if you’re arriving by car. There aren’t extensive facilities like a gym or spa, which makes sense for a hotel of this size and category. For a clean, modern central stay with warm service and good value, it’s a solid option. A top-floor room may offer a good view of the beach.

We had a pleasant family stay in June and would gladly return if we visit Montenegro again. The buffet breakfast had lots to choose from, including pastries, warm dishes, fresh fruit, and other tasty things. The hotel was neat and well put together, with spacious rooms and modest decor. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially the manager. Its location is handy too: the beach and bus stops are close, with the stops about 100 metres away. Right beside the hotel there’s a local market with fresh fruit and vegetables, and across the street is a supermarket with a great range of food and wine. It’s a peaceful place for a holiday, and we’d recommend it.

The beach is only a few minutes away on foot, and there are lots of stores nearby, which was very convenient. We had a perfect time at Hotel Kalos and would recommend it, then come back next year. Our room was spacious and spotless, with crisp sheets and lovely modern decor. Breakfast was delicious, with a good range of options. The staff were attentive and friendly, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Nothing felt like too much trouble.

The suites are new, the beds are super comfortable, and the daily cleaning was done with real care. The hotel has great service and a good breakfast, with a supermarket nearby and the beach about a seven-minute walk away. The one disappointing thing is that they don’t have their own beach.
