The price is low, but that doesn’t make it okay to advertise something different from what you get. We booked through booking based on the photos for a holiday in Budva with a friend. On arrival, we asked for another room because ours didn’t match the pictures, but they refused and told us it was the same room and nothing else was available. The room was much smaller than shown. The bathroom sink seemed barely attached, and the air conditioning fins were held shut with tape. When we turned up the temperature, it started making an unbearable noise. Hygiene was poor too: there was only one sheet, so we had to choose whether to use it on the mattress or cover ourselves if cold. The first towel change was only on request, and the rooms were never cleaned during our stay. Other hotel guests held night parties in their rooms and disturbed people. The owners never stepped in to restore the quiet you need in a room meant for sleeping. Bad hotel.

I liked the location, and the host was always available to help. But it was impossible to communicate with the host because they didn’t speak English. The Wi-Fi was like a 56K connection from 1998. The photos weren’t real to what we found, and the apartment wasn’t great or very clean. The bathroom was small, with water leaking from the WC and sink. The A/C smelled like sigar, and the doors were broken and scratched.

The owners were flexible and helpful with everything, from luggage and check-in to parking. The apartment was clean and cozy, and the location was great. I’ll recommend it to friends and will definitely come back!
