The rooms were very dirty, and the bed was made by pushing two sofa beds together. After we'd checked in and left the room, the HOTEL OWNER came inside while my wife and I were away and sprayed air freshener all over the bed. Entering without permission is completely unacceptable and a huge disgrace. On the second day, we went to stay at the hotel next door, and its owner came into our room just 1-2 minutes before checkout. We were shocked. It seems the two businesses are connected and work together. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel.

We booked an apartment but ended up with a room and dirty bedding, supposedly because there was a drain problem in the apartment. The owner was rude and arrogant, and we found a broken bed, a rusty fridge, and a shared bathroom. She had assured us we would be the only ones using it, but that wasn't true. Being close to the Old Town is the only upside. I wouldn't recommend this kind of accommodation to anyone.

After 12 hours of travel, we arrived at the room we'd booked on Booking, but the woman wouldn't let us in until we'd paid 50% of the cost, €285. Inside, the place was full of cobwebs and dust, with cracked cups. The listing said double bed, but it was a pull-out sofa. The bathroom was damp and moldy, and the mattresses were stained. We asked for our money back immediately because we didn't want to spend even one night there. She refused and was very rude. We feel she cheated us: she kept the money and didn't return it, so at 9 o'clock at night we had to find somewhere else to stay. We never got the refund, even though we didn't stay there at all. A huge disappointment and a disgrace.
