The rooms were clean, the service kind, and the price was great. The location is excellent too. I definitely recommend it 👍

The daily cleaning kept everything spotless, with fresh towels every day and sheets changed regularly. Breakfast was a nice buffet with a bit of everything. Staff were all kind and helpful, including Anna, the Russian lady whose name we didn’t get, and the nice man who fixed our telly problem. Beatrix Lux Hotel was in a handy spot for us, near the bus station, old town, and beach, with the bus to Svety Stefan just up the road. A bakery and supermarket across the road were ideal, and plenty of restaurants were a short walk away. We felt safe, enjoyed our stay, and would come back.

The hotel was clean and the staff helpful, but it was too noisy from the morning and the breakfast was poor.

4/10
The location worked well and the price was reasonable, but I was let down by the stay at Beatrix Lux Hotel. The room looked dated and wasn’t very clean, and the basic amenities didn’t make up for the air conditioning problems that left it uncomfortable. Staff were polite, though they didn’t respond well to requests. With some improvements, it could be better value.

The staff were really capable, and I had a very good experience. I recommend staying here.
