Boutique Hotel Arka

Clean place in an ideal spot close to everything, and really good value for the money.

The drive-in garage was quite an adventure, but having it free of charge was great. The room was cozy and clean, the breakfast decent, and the view was lovely. Staff were very friendly too. We had a great stay and I’d highly recommend it.

We booked an apartment months ahead, then the hotel cancelled it just 10 days before the trip, blaming technical problems. The communication and effort to sort things out were a huge disappointment. They suggested another hotel they own, but its rooms didn’t have a balcony, kitchenette, or other important amenities. It doesn’t feel like a reliable place, and now, looking at the overpriced alternatives, the holiday mood is gone.

The hotel is nicely decorated, well kept, and within walking distance of all the amenities. The staff were very helpful, the Wi-Fi was good, and they let us use the laundry room for free. But it felt pricey for what we got. The breakfast was a real letdown, with much less choice than I expected, so don’t expect a full buffet. Also, a double room means two separate single beds that don’t stay together at all. It’s a good place, just not necessarily good value.
