I gave it one star for the location. The room was cramped, with an even smaller bathroom, a very old spring mattress, and windows that wouldn't close properly. The whole apart hotel is in terrible shape, with dirt, rust, and black mold. While we were out, our Nintendo switch, kids watches, and other belongings disappeared. The owner said the things were dirty and staff had thrown them away, without asking us. A brand-new console was supposedly dirty? We left it on the table because we thought Montenegro was safe and nobody would steal there. We know better now. Keep your belongings secure.

The worst hotel stay I've had. Reception was either absent or useless, there were unexplained card charges, and the communication was rude and barely understandable.

A great place, very close to the promenade and the beaches. A really good choice.

I was disappointed in quite a few ways, though the location was nice.

The host really made the stay special. She was so friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome right away. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and just right. Everything's an easy five-minute walk away, including the beach and main attractions. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend staying here in Budva.
