Dimic Elite Accommodation

We were there for seven days, and nobody came to clean for three of them. There was no reception available to answer our complaints or questions, and the staff were extremely rude. The cleaners left hair in the bathroom and never changed the pillowcases. I told them directly several times, but the bathroom stayed in terrible condition. On our last day, the receptionist and her sidekick, a blonde woman on staff, insulted us and shouted swear words. The blonde cleaner even touched my friend physically. It was disgraceful. Don’t trust the four-star rating. This place isn’t even worth two.

The location worked well, at most a ten-minute walk to the main beach, with good shops in the opposite direction. Our room was decent, with a small kitchenette, handy fridge, and a balcony where we could dry clothes. The air conditioning worked fine most of the time. Housekeeping came daily for a quick clean and fresh towels, which was good. Breakfast was mediocre at best, though there are plenty of good bakeries and coffee shops nearby. Staff at the admin booth and breakfast service spoke very little English. They provided soap bars and small shampoo packets, but no shower gel, and the packets weren’t replaced after use. During our week, the power went out on two nights in the summer heat. We woke up hot and feeling suffocated. My friend went looking for help, but the front desk was empty, as it was 95% of the time, and nobody answered the phone numbers we were given for questions or problems. It was an okay stay if you know what to expect.

We had a balcony and a second-floor room for three, with one large bed and an extra bed. The room itself was okay, and the location was great. Our booking included breakfast, but the food was exactly the same every day, so it might get boring if you stay more than a few days.

It’s about ten minutes from the beach, and the price is decent. The people working there were lovely and the service was wonderful. Special thanks to Jovana at reception. You have everything you need for a vacation, and I recommend the place.
