Everything was good!

The pool was fantastic, and convenient parking made the stay even better. Our room was clean, comfortable and well looked after. A big thank you to the housekeeper, who did a great job each day and was so kind and attentive. One evening I met the owner, and we shared a few drinks. He was charming, funny and welcoming, and made us feel like old friends. That was one of the highlights of our visit. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

The location was great, and we even had a garage space for the car. The outside of the property was meticulously maintained, and the pool and terrace were fantastic, with a stunning view. Before arriving, though, it was hard to reach the landlord, so we didn’t know if our reservation was still valid until we got there. We were lucky that a cleaning lady was around and managed to get him. He seemed a bit odd. The apartment wasn’t as clean as we expected a holiday rental to be, and the shower leaked.

We left on the first day of our vacation because the experience at Apartmani Hotizont was unacceptable. When we arrived at check-in time, we were told to wait because the previous guests had checked out late. We ended up waiting an hour to get into the apartment. There were two cockroaches in the bathroom, and construction noise from the street was incredibly loud. Even with the door shut, we could hear everything happening outside. I’d contacted the hotel earlier about our estimated arrival time, then reported the problems to the manager, who didn’t seem to care. The owner was initially unavailable, and contacting him didn’t get us a refund. A terrible stay.
