Having a supermarket and bakery close by meant we had everything we needed within easy reach. It was our first visit to Budva, and the house was spot on, really clean and near everything. The one thing that could use a better clean is the air conditioning.

Right in the middle of everything, with lovely rooms and nice hosts.

On arrival we weren’t met in person; the neighbors handled things, called the landlady, and kindly handed us the keys. There was a room mix-up at first, as they put us in a basement room without a balcony. We contacted the agency renting the building, and they let us switch within half an hour. The maid came the next morning around 8 or 9 a.m., took our payment and checked us in. You can sort out any questions with her.

The only downside for me was the lack of a parking space. It’s a quiet area, and the hostess is very friendly. The location is excellent, close to the Budva old town promenade.

The woman who welcomes guests and does the cleaning is lovely and very attentive. They clean the apartment and replace the towels every day. The TV comes with a set-top box and more than 250 channels, mostly German, plus a few Russian ones such as TNT and ORT. There’s also an erotic channel, without pornography ;) I’ll stay here again when I’m next in Budva.
