Harmonia by Dukley Hotel

The balcony view was partly hidden by tree branches and bushes, but that's a minor nitpick. The hotel sits on a hillside above the Adriatic sea, around 2.5 kms from the town centre. It has a calm, tranquil feel, and the amenities are luxurious without the place feeling showy. Rooms were spotless, and service was unmatched and proactive. Everything worked smoothly. Breakfast was fresh and indulgent. Highly recommended!

The rooms themselves are good, but the stay doesn't come close to feeling worth the price. Cleanliness in my room was disappointing: when I moved in, I found several dark hairs around the sink and shower. Breakfast was poor at both options. The buffet at Shalom restaurant was far below what I'd expect at this price. The coffee machine was broken or had long queues, the eggs were cold and hard, and service felt messy. Many touches were low quality, like coffee served in disposable cups. The à la carte breakfast was also disappointing, with small portions to share between two people and bread that seemed stale, days old. It was frustrating to learn, perhaps only in the small print, that Harmonia guests needed a €120 minimum spend to use the hotel's beach facilities.

Ksenia at reception was especially kind and professional, and she was always willing to help with anything we needed. Kristina at the restaurant was just as friendly and gave excellent service. We spent five days here, and from the welcome at check-in to the dining room and sauna teams, everyone made the stay feel great. We’ll definitely return.

The view was lovely, and it was easy to walk to places from here. The rooms were fine for resting after a day out exploring Montenegro, and the hotel has AC, breakfast, and Wi-Fi. Mina, who works at the beach, was so nice and even called about my luggage without any fuss. The beach bar staff were amazing too, and Beni made a great drink. Everyone at the hotel was efficient, friendly, and helpful with information. I’m still here and leave Sunday, August 24. I’m happy with my stay and would highly recommend it.
