Evgenia at reception gave me a warm welcome and explained how everything at the hotel worked. She also shared useful local tips, from nearby restaurants and where to buy water to good spots for an evening walk along the promenade. The room was spotless, with fresh towels and clean bed linen. It was modern and stylish, comfortable, and well kept, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I’d highly recommend the hotel and would happily stay again.

For the price, this hotel is amazing. The staff were kind and very helpful, including the restaurant team, who did their best with all my requests. Breakfast was very good too. Hopefully I’ll be back, and I’d recommend it.

Everything else was fine, but the restaurant waiters were ridiculous. At night I waited 15-20 minutes for an espresso while the waiter was inside on his phone. When I went in to pay, he stood there waiting for me to come to him. The same thing happened the next morning at 9, with another 15 minutes before the waiter came over. Very disappointed with them.

Really good value. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a big comfy bed, nice pillows, and a very large wardrobe. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the WiFi worked well. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel and its staff were amazing. The restaurant was the problem: breakfast options were limited, and most things on the menu still weren’t available. We waited an hour and a half for eggs and had to leave.
