Hotel Princ

We paid almost 800 American dollars for a double room with four beds, but there was just one air-conditioning unit, and it was in the smaller bedroom. The front desk told us that was normal and the unit would cool the whole place. Outside it was 39 Celsius, over 100 degrees for us Americans. Our check-in was also an hour and a half late. This was the worst stay possible. My advice is to stay as far away from this hotel as you can.

The people are friendly and helpful, though the place could be cleaner.

Amazing.

I checked on the reservation a few days before arriving and was told it no longer counted because they had supposedly set the price wrong. I’d booked the apartment two months earlier and everything had been confirmed. The organization is a disaster, and communication is awful and completely unreliable. This feels extremely careless and unprofessional. If I’d paid straight away, who knows whether I’d have got the money back. I wouldn’t recommend anyone risk booking here.
