Pansion Anita is in a great spot, close to everything we needed, and the place was very clean. The bathrooms were cleaned and the floors swept and wiped each day, though our towels and sheets stayed the same. Service was excellent and friendly. Only one person spoke English, so communication could be a little tricky sometimes. Even so, we had a good stay.

For us, the location was perfect. Anita Pansion is a modest, cozy place, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, with a different selection plated for each guest every morning. They also let us check out late without charging extra.

Budva's old town is about a relaxed 15-minute walk away. The place is simple, clean, and tidy. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were lovely and helpful, whether at reception, during breakfast, or taking care of the room.

Breakfast is served as one meal rather than a buffet, for example eggs with sausage, bread, and tea or coffee. The rooms are small but kept clean, and it's a quiet place. Staff were nice and helpful, though they could barely speak English. It's a 10-minute walk from the beach.

The rooms are small, but very clean and pretty much new. It's in the fourth row of accommodation from the beach. There are three floors, so getting luggage up to the top one can be a bit of a struggle. Breakfast is served, not a huge selection, but fine. The room had working air conditioning and a TV with only a few channels. Cheap and fine for the price.
