Quercus Residences Apartments

You do need a car to get here, but the setting is amazing. We came with family, and the rooms were beautiful, with a lovely view from the balcony. It was also easy to stock up at the supermarket for lunch, since there’s a refrigerator and the other things you need. The private dining was a real plus. You choose your meal the evening before, and it’s ready at the agreed time the next evening or morning. The menu is small, but the food was good. A nice option if you want to get away from the world for a few days.

What stood out most was the care from Biljana and Milan. They paid attention to the details and made us feel genuinely looked after, which made us want to return. The complex also has a restaurant with a varied menu and reasonable prices for Sveti Stefan, though we didn’t manage to eat there because our days were full and we got back late. We stayed at Quercus Residences Apartments with friends during our trip to Sveti Stefan. The apartments were just like the photos: spacious, new, clean, comfortable, and equipped for a good holiday. There’s a stunning view of the island from both the apartment and the pool, and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The walk to Sveti Stefan beach takes about 30 minutes, which could be inconvenient without a car. By car it’s only 5 minutes, and Biljana and Milan can help arrange a comfortable, affordable transfer. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. Thanks for everything!

The one thing I’d change is the AC, which could work better. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay in Sveti Stefan, close to everything but away from the busy shoreline. The apartments are comfortable and have terraces, there’s free guest parking, and the staff are helpful. The mountainside setting has amazing views over the sea, Sveti Stevan, and Budva.

We spent a week at Querces Residences and felt right at home. The owner is very nice, and the place is made for peace and relaxation. We especially loved the modern design and the view of Světy Stefan from the clean pool. Breakfast was great, and dinner was amazing with a beautiful sea view. We’d love to come back, and couldn’t fault the place. Thanks so much!
