The pool was a favorite, especially for our four children. It never got crowded, so it felt almost like we had it to ourselves. The apartment is just outside Budva, which made things quieter than in the center, and Sveti Stefan and Kotor are a short drive away. Shops are close too, with a supermarket and bakery around the corner, and the beach about five minutes away. We had a great stay and even extended our trip. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine and full kitchen, plus spacious terraces with lovely sea views. Cleanliness fell a bit short of what we expected. The owners had handed management over to a third party this year, which may explain it, and we think they'll sort it out. We'd happily recommend the apartment and come back.

The pool is great, and the beach and promenade restaurants are only a ten-minute walk away. The apartment itself could be very pleasant and well equipped, but it needs proper cleaning and maintenance. It was VERY dirty when we arrived, and there were loose electrical fittings and taps, plus a cracked wash basin. Some cutlery, crockery, and glasses were missing too. With a thorough clean and a little TLC, this would have rated much higher.

The rooms are spacious, the location is pretty good, and the host was pleasant and willing to help. But the place wasn't cleaned properly and really needs to be cleaner. That should be easy to fix if they want to. It was passable, though it could be a lot better.

The room and its equipment were in poor shape, and during our five-day stay it wasn't cleaned even once. The place was very dirty, so I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed five days. The room was clean, the staff were kind, and the beach was a five-minute walk away. We'll be back!
