The owners are cultured, educated, and professional. They also do their best to help with parking. Our room was airy and spacious, the beds were well kept and good quality, and the air conditioner ran quietly. Breakfast came to the room on a generous, carefully arranged tray, so we could enjoy it on our own balcony.

At Villa Kosta in Budva, the gentleman who greeted us was remarkably hospitable and made sure we had what we needed throughout our visit. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived, and the friendly atmosphere added a lot to our stay. I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Budva, especially for the warm welcome, as well as the comfort.

After a 15-hour journey to Budva, we arrived exhausted and hungry to find that we had no accommodation, even though we'd paid in advance. We had to find somewhere else and pay all over again. These people took advance payments while double booking, then refused to refund us and ignored our attempts to contact them. It was heartless, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. Hosts, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

We paid by card for accommodation booked through Booking a month ahead, but when we arrived they said Booking had double booked and claimed they weren't responsible for the mix-up. That's a lie, and the money was never refunded. They're terrible. I don't recommend them to anyone.

We booked the apartment for the night after our prom. Even though we arrived in the middle of the night, the owner was very kind. The rooms and balconies were clean and nice, and the view was pretty awesome.
