We stayed in the penthouse last year, and for half the day there was no water to shower or use the toilet. We raised the problem, but were treated rudely.

2/10
The smell was awful, the food was very bad, and some things were broken. At checkout, you have to pay for them. A really bad holiday.

The people were very friendly and the service was good. I'd recommend it for a family holiday.
