The food was ridiculous too. My friend ordered a burger with tomatoes, lettuce and other ingredients, but got fries and two meat patties instead. They said that’s what they call a hamburger. We sent it back, and the replacement was just meat in homemade bread, with the fries gone from the plate. I can’t recommend going there. We stayed for two days, and none of the entertainment facilities worked. The jacuzzi was meant to be free for an hour, but the water was cold, so we couldn’t use it. Staff said the manager would come in five minutes. We went downstairs and waited exactly an hour, until our free time was over, but nobody came. They just ignored our complaint. The official website also says ice skating is free, but when we arrived, we had to pay. Nothing there is actually free. This was a terrible experience, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

After the Wolf Trail, we came back for a late lunch or early dinner. The portions were generous, the food was great, and the service was good. We’d already enjoyed a great coffee there before setting off. The atmosphere was really relaxed, and I’d happily recommend it.

The staff are super friendly, the rooms are generally nice, and they have an amazing dog 🤩. Still, this doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel. In some rooms, sockets are coming out of the walls, and a few room numbers are just stuck on the doors with tape 🙈🙈. Breakfast is very poor, and the coffee from the machine seems to be instant. There’s probably no sound insulation between rooms or floors.

It’s a great value for money, and it’s exactly an hour’s drive from Tivat airport. Right in the middle of Lovcen national Park, the hotel has clean rooms and attentive staff. There’s plenty for kids too, with two pools, a jacuzzi, an indoor playroom, and an outdoor playroom.

We really enjoyed the pool, especially the sunbeds and the great views. The start of the wolf trail and the information centre are only a five-minute walk away. We arrived in late June when it wasn’t busy, so we were upgraded to an apartment. The interiors are a little dated, though the bathroom was quite modern. The receptionist was friendly, arranged taxis, and let us check in early. Dinner was OK with good portions, but service was very slow with only two servers. Get to breakfast early or the food will be cold.
