We spotted the signs for available rooms and booked on the spur of the moment for two nights. The owners were very nice and helpful, and even let us leave our luggage for a few hours on departure day. The place is simple but clean, and handy for both the bus station and city centre.

Pansion 22 was a cosy, lovely place with a perfect location, and the host was lovely too. We stayed there for our first night in Montenegro. If you’d rather not stay overnight in Podgorica, it’s a good option: you don’t have too far to drive to Cetinje, and it’s on the way to places like Skadar Lake.
