We ended our vacation after just two hours, though we received a full reimbursement. The place looks nice in the presentation pictures, but that wasn’t what we found in reality. I can’t comment on the food. The hotel has a lot of potential, and I hope the owners improve the rooms and the beach.

The gardens were peaceful and great for unwinding in the evening, with lush greenery alongside stone. There’s a beach large enough for the guests, plus two pools and good chances to swim, jump off rocks, dive and snorkel. We were two adults with four kids and booked two adjoining rooms. The food was varied and very good, and the desserts were always good. Staff were guest-focused, smiling and regularly asking how our stay was going. I’d read negative comments about unfriendly staff, smelly rooms and poor food, but our experience gave me strong reason to disagree with them. We had a great stay. I highly recommend the hotel and would visit again if we return to Montenegro.

We arrived early, and one of the hotel managers quickly handed us room keys after taking our passports. The first rooms were smaller than what we had booked. We spoke to him, and he said we could have the rooms we’d reserved after a couple of hours. We agreed, but a few minutes later he returned with the keys to those rooms. Lunch was nothing like the buffet shown in the presentation. We were offered only two dishes. The food was terrible: pasta they called carbonara with boiled chicken, and fried fish with potato salad. I couldn’t decide which was worse. There were three of us, two adults and a child, but they brought food for only two. When we asked for a third portion, they looked at us strangely. At another lunch, the three options were “vitamin salad,” which was lettuce, cabbage, carrot and three olives with mayonnaise, sausage in dough, and pancakes. The whole place felt neglected. It seemed they wanted to make money without investing in anything. The children’s playground was completely missing, with only a swing nest that was falling apart. The beach wasn’t clean, the water had algae, and the children’s pool was closed because it hadn’t been cleaned. Furniture was old and dirty; bed sheets were stained and nearly torn. The bathroom door only stayed closed with the key, there was a sewage smell, and Wi-Fi worked only in some areas. We told the managers we’d leave the next day. They weren’t happy and said they’d done everything for us and asked what we expected from a three-star hotel. I showed them it was advertised as four stars. I said I wanted to receive what I was paying for, and he replied that it wasn’t possible at that price. In the end, despite our all-inclusive booking, we had to pay for one coffee, one cappuccino and one beer. Every bad review about the place seems true. You won’t get what the photos show, as they seem to cut costs to make a lot of profit.

My family and I stayed here last summer and really enjoyed it. The food and service were excellent, and our accommodation was neat and clean. My two-year-old had so much fun, and the pool was awesome too :) I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to properly relax a little away from the city rush.

Getting to the place at night felt unsafe and difficult. The room smelled awful, and the price was nowhere near reasonable.
