Apartments Dobrota

We stayed two nights in July, and lovely Radmila made us feel so welcome. The place was clean and tidy, with everything we needed, including in the kitchen, and it felt like being at home. The quiet streets were lovely for a walk or run, especially in the cool morning air ❤️ There’s a bike rental spot in front of the church, but sadly I noticed it too late 😞 If I return to Montenegro, this is the one place I’d want to stay.

The hosts were friendly, and the apartments were excellent. Everything in the room worked well, including the air conditioning, and the water was lovely with no algae like we found elsewhere. We could walk to nearby shops and restaurants, and Kotor was a leisurely hour and a half away on foot. There’s also a private beach with free loungers and umbrellas, plus private parking, a real bonus with the congested streets. Just know the parking is out in the sun.

We spent September 21st to 28th here, our fifth holiday in Montenegro, and would choose these apartments again for the positive hosts. Radmila plays piano beautifully and bakes desserts. The views from the room and balconies are stunning, and the sea is just 10 steps away, with a small pier that has sun loungers. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Even with the language barrier, we managed to get in touch and received detailed information and assistance. We had bad weather for three days, but having a rental car made that no big deal. The one real downside was the Wi-Fi, which was completely nonexistent. Without a mobile phone, that would have been depressing.

The hosts are so kind, and the sea is close, with a private beach too. The accommodation and the view are perfect.
