We got to meet locals and see their everyday routine, which made for a great social and cultural experience. The place is spacious, the hosts are welcoming, and the balcony view is breathtaking. Restaurants are close by. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and peace while staying near dining spots and tourist attractions.

Right by clear water, with beach chairs available for free and an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt. It's great for swimming, kayaking, or SUP, and the garden has lovely fruit trees. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. They also arrange very nice boat tours. Kotor's historic town is only about a 10-minute drive away.

The main drawback is that there's no lift. Mr. Popovic helped carry our luggage up to the top floor, though, and even treated us to free wine. We had a sea-facing room with a balcony, a working heater, a small kitchenette with basic utensils and cutlery, and a mini fridge that wasn't working. The room was very clean, with extra towels and a duvet. Parking was provided nearby, and breakfast was at a restaurant close to the sea. Mr Popovic was very helpful and easy to reach by phone or in person during our five-night stay.

We were six, my partner and I, our two kids, and my parents, in the Three-Bedroom Apartment during our trip to Montenegro. It was our favorite place of the trip, mostly for the big outdoor terrace and stunning Kotor Bay views. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with two bathrooms, air conditioning in the rooms, very comfortable beds that felt new, and furnishings that matched the photos. The kitchen had the basics we needed. Across a busy, narrow road there's a private stone pier and a small beach, great for a swim. Sun chairs and water toys came with the apartment and made the stay more fun. There was some traffic noise, but it didn't bother us and felt like part of the local atmosphere. We had street parking, and the bus stop right outside made trips to Kotor's old city easy. The host was friendly and helpful, and offered to arrange a boat tour with pickup at the nearby dock. Breakfast was included at Konoba Vila Marija in Prcanj, where we also had tasty dinners at fair prices. Getting an outdoor table for breakfast could be tricky sometimes, but the nice setting made up for it. Highly recommend!
