Apartments Tea Kotor

The location is hard to beat: the apartment is tucked just behind the old town, under a five-minute walk away, so it’s peaceful and away from the noise. The room is a nice little place to stay in Kotor, and the price was very affordable for such a spot, especially with the old town getting expensive. We had towels and a stovetop with pots and pans, which was handy. We stayed five days, and rubbish wasn’t collected from our room once. That felt unsanitary, especially since toilet paper can’t be flushed here. We also didn’t get fresh towels or toilet paper during that time. There was only a thin blanket and a flat sheet, so bring something extra if you tend to get cold. I’d still recommend the place and book again, just keep those few things in mind.

We spent nearly a week here and would stay again when we return. The hosts made it a wonderful stay. Garden Apartment (#2) was simple but just right, with all the kitchenware we needed for two and a really comfortable bed. Having coffee and drinks in the garden was a treat, with a lovely view toward the old city and mountains. The location was fantastic. We could reach the old city walls in two or three minutes on foot, and the bakery, restaurants, and grocery store were all just minutes away.

Dragan was a very helpful host during our three-night stay in the "Flowers" apartment. The room was a little cramped, though it wasn’t a big deal since we packed light. The location was great, with the old town, shopping centre, and port all less than a five-minute walk away.

I’ve stayed in two different apartments at Tea, and both were very clean and comfortable. The one with the terrace really does have a terrace, and having homemade breakfasts there with a lovely view over the Old Town was a treat. The host was friendly, though I wish they’d been a little more generous with a teaspoon of washing detergent for our clothes. The place is right next to the Old town, so getting there takes no time, but you’re shielded from the noise at night. It’s a great choice for a visit to Kotor. I’d recommend it and would stay in the same place again if I return.
