The owners are incredibly warm and friendly, and there’s plenty of parking if you have a car. What made this holiday spot for us was the private beach downstairs. We could go swimming whenever we liked, and each room had sun loungers on the deck. Other beach bars in the area charge for those. We loved it, it was better than we expected.

We came across Villa PM by chance and liked it so much that we stayed longer. The owners were super friendly, and the private beach was lovely. Thanks for a great stay, we’d love to come back!

The sunsets are incredible, and the area is wonderfully peaceful. Villa PM has a rare private waterfront, with assigned loungers, a beach, and a paddle board guests can use. The room had a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning, and there are highly rated local restaurants. The villa has several cats lounging around the property, some of them very friendly. They’ll arrange anything you need, including a three-hour boat tour that leaves from the villa and runs three times a day. Kotor has a blue line bus, but it’s so unreliable that I’d suggest taking a taxi instead. In high season, it costs about €12 each way to Kotor old town. Amazing stay, would definitely recommend.

The view from the balcony was amazing, and the room was spotless. We had a small studio apartment, “European small,” but its bathroom and kitchenette were cleverly fitted out, and it had everything we needed, including air conditioning. Even without a balcony, guests can enjoy the view downstairs. Walk around the back to find a stone patio with a ladder into the fjord for swimming, plus a tiny sandy beach that Urosh keeps in great shape. There are loungers where you can sit and take in the scenery. We wished we’d made more time to do just that, and would definitely stay again. Maria and Urosh were so friendly and clearly care about making guests comfortable. We were relieved to find a small gated parking lot for our car when we arrived. Apartments Villa PM is a wonderful place to stay near Kotor, Montenegro. Don’t overthink it, just stay here!

Milena's warm welcome and thoughtful care made me smile throughout my 3-day stay. One morning, hot mini donuts arrived, and I’m sure guests would have a hard time turning those down. The room was clean, comfortable, and just as promised. But it’s the sensational view over Kotor Bay that really makes the place. Fabulous location. I’ll be back, and I’ll recommend it to friends if they travel here 🤩
