Apartments "Belle Vue"

I left less than an hour after arriving because I felt I had to for my health and safety. The place seemed completely unfit to stay in. There was visible mold on the walls and surfaces, and dust covered everything. The floors were so dirty they felt like a public street. The bathroom was filthy, with urine and human waste left in the toilet from the previous guest. The sheets were stained and had holes. The window view was the only good thing, and it didn't make up for what I found inside. I believe the conditions were a health hazard. I gave Airbnb full evidence, and they agreed and issued a 100% refund. I attached check-in photos and videos. The evidence speaks for itself. Don't be fooled by positive reviews or the host's excuses. Save your money and health, and stay somewhere else.
