The pool is the only good thing here, so don’t let it charm you. The beds were awful, very old and uncomfortable, and the shared facilities were extremely old and dirty. I didn’t take photos, unfortunately. You really won’t want to use the kitchen. We waited 20 minutes for the owner to check us in and had to ask other guests to call her. Her first question was whether we had the money. The price for what you get is basically a joke. You can find much better, and at least clean, places in Montenegro for that price. I’ve never seen a guest house like this. Worst place ever.

A small apartment, but cozy.

The pool was a highlight, and the place was clean and quiet. The owner was kind, too. It’s a good stay for the price, with shops nearby, though it’s a bit far from the old town. The bed is a waterbed, and I think it needs to be a little more inflated. It might be fine for one person, but two people have a hard time sleeping because even a small movement makes waves across the bed. Bring your own shower gel and shampoo, as they aren’t provided.

For the price, it’s a good option, and it was quite clean and friendly. The view is beautiful, and the pool looked nice, though we didn’t swim. We asked if our nephews could come to the pool, but were told no because there were already too many people. They don’t accept credit cards. The owner has unusual taste, and the layout is a little odd in places. The water mattress didn’t work for me: for three nights I dreamed strange things and never slept deeply. The kitchen is small and uninspiring. There’s one separate toilet that doesn’t lock, plus a shared toilet with a shower that does lock. At night, the lights and moving shadows across the street scared me. The shutters helped a little, but not much. The walls feel like cardboard. The photo shows the common area. I’d suggest staying one night to try a water mattress, see the owner’s taste, and enjoy the pool.
