Blue Mediterranean

The hotel grounds are beautifully green, with lots of different flowers and trees, and the sea view from our room was amazing. It’s a lovely family-run hotel, with spacious rooms in excellent condition and very hospitable hosts. There are plenty of beaches nearby, though it’s better to drive to them.

After the owner replied, I still felt that money mattered more to him than a human life. What was I supposed to do, leave my father dying so I could enjoy a vacation? There are times when Booking rules should take a back seat to someone’s life. Customers should think carefully before booking here. My father was extremely ill, and I had to fly straight back to my country, so I cancelled my hotel reservation. I’d hoped to enjoy the hotel and all its positive points, and it may well be an incredible place. But the owner refused the cancellation. It was deeply upsetting to feel misunderstood and ignored over something so serious. When I visit Montenegro in the future, I’ll choose somewhere else.

The views from the apartment were breathtaking, and the hygiene was 10/10. The hosts were incredibly kind, accommodating, and talkative, and they were always willing to compromise. They noticed every little detail, even leaving a small birthday treat for our boys when we got home. I’d recommend BLUE MEDITERRANEAN to anyone and would love to come back again and again. The hosts showed us such incredible Montenegrin hospitality. They invited us to welcome Santa with their family and served homemade quince liquor, then brought out traditional cheese and prosciutto with homemade bread and red wine. The next morning there was freshly made traditional pastry, and on the afternoon of our third day they brought us two baskets of tangerines. We rented two apartments for eight of us over New Year’s Eve 2017. The newly built house felt like a hotel, and both apartments were warm, clean, and had everything we needed, plus incredible sea views. We spent plenty of time relaxing in the sun on the balconies and exploring the hills and coastal views. I highly recommend it for a quiet stay and a chance to enjoy the Adriatic and Montenegro’s coast.
