Ivan and his family were so friendly, helpful, and positive. We loved the beautiful balcony views and the lovely surroundings, with restaurants and beaches nearby. The house was clean throughout, with well-equipped rooms, a big pool, and plenty of space around the villa. The only drawback is the road, which has no sidewalks. Sunny villas was one of the best places we’ve spent a holiday, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Best regards :)

We had complete privacy around the private pool, and the view was beautiful. The villa was calm even though it’s in a great spot for enjoying the high-class life of Sveti Stefan. Everything was spotless, brand-new, fully equipped, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. I’ve stayed in plenty of luxury hotels and apartments, but this exceeded my expectations. It works well for families, groups, or couples. Highly recommend.

The sea views are fantastic, and the place is well worth the money. Definitely visit, though you really need a car. There are taxis too.
