Fashion Beach Apartments

We had two first-floor apartments for six days, from September 26 to October 1, as a group of seven. The hosts were kind, communication was excellent, and the whole stay felt warm and welcoming. We had private parking on site, which was a real plus in the area. The apartments were roomy, clean and fully equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchens, cozy living rooms, comfortable beds and large bathrooms. There was fresh air and peace, with terraces and shops close by. Just across from the Risan bay, the apartments look straight out over the Adriatic Sea. The sunsets from the terrace were dreamlike, and there’s a small beach right in front for swimming and relaxing. We’d first planned to stay in Kotor, but we’re glad we chose Risan instead. Kotor is only 15 km away, though parking there is difficult and expensive at 5€/hour. It was crowded even in late September. Benovo parking is close to the fortress and costs 1.9 euros/hour. Staying in Risan let us avoid all that hassle. I recommend it if you want a peaceful, comfortable stay with a gorgeous view and beach access, away from Kotor’s crowds.

The terrace has wide, panoramic views, and the two-bedroom apartment sits in a fairly secluded spot. You can also walk to Perast and Mount Risana.

A very relaxing choice for a big family. The place is comfortable and exceptionally well equipped, and the staff are warm and hospitable. The owners and staff deserve all the praise. We hope to unwind here again next year. Perfect 10, every honor!
