Casa Collection

The apartment was clean and had good amenities, WiFi, A/C, a balcony, and a hot, powerful shower. We loved the views in both daylight and at night, and at a 15 minute drive from Kotor the location suited us. The price was good too. We arrived late, but they arranged for us to check in and get our keycard without any trouble. The road up to the apartment can be tricky for inexperienced drivers, and the road at the top, behind the apartments, could use tarmac. Those were minor issues next to all the positives. Booking and communication were clear, and we'd definitely recommend the place and come back.

Getting to the property means driving uphill from Kotor for 14 mins, but the Views are stunning. The place is peaceful, beautiful, and well kept, with spot on service. Sude was warm, responsive, and helpful throughout, making everything easy from check in to check out. We had originally booked a garden view room, then were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea view. Waking up to that view was the highlight of our stay.

We rented a car, so having parking made everything convenient. The pool was a nice bonus, and the property felt safe and suited to a family stay. Ms. Sevgi was wonderful, checking on us regularly and responding right away whenever we needed anything. She was always kind, polite, and helpful, and you can feel the care she puts into hosting. The place was so spotless and well maintained that it felt like our own beautiful home, not a rental. It had everything we needed, from a washing machine, microwave, and kitchen utensils to all the small comforts. We also enjoyed the peaceful, refreshing balcony view and the calm atmosphere. Avoid this place. The access road and parking were full of dangerous potholes, and the dark path to the rooms smelled of sewage. The whole property seemed like an unfinished, hazardous construction zone. Our room was awful too, with a strong smell of stale cigarettes, damp, and mold. The toilet was broken and the shower didn't work at all. The receptionist spoke no English and tried to put our kids in a different block from us. Unacceptable and utterly dreadful experience at Casa Collection. Don't go there!
