The room was uncomfortably hot, and the temperature control was broken. The bathroom flooded whenever we showered, there was no complimentary drinking water in the room, and the food didn’t seem fresh and had little variety. At breakfast, staff told my seven-year-old he couldn’t have any more juice or tea. They were rude and made us feel unwelcome. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

We found a quiet, cozy mountain feel even though the hotel is centrally located in the city, with forest all around it. Wood and stone give the interiors an intimate, comfortable feel. The pool and spa were great for relaxing after skiing or work. Highly recommend!

I found the stay at Bianca Resort & Spa really disappointing for the price and the standard the hotel suggests. The price and quality don’t match, and I wouldn’t return or recommend it. The spa couldn’t cope with the number of guests. The pool was so cold it was barely usable, and the one small jacuzzi was never free. At the à la carte restaurant, staff took plates away from our table, saying they lacked capacity. That felt unprofessional and unacceptable. There wasn’t a designated smoking area, and with most areas closed, that was frustrating. The bar was constantly packed with too little seating, so people ended up standing in corridors and the main lobby. That’s not what I expect from a resort & spa. Staff were arrogant and disrespectful, and even mocked guests who had paid a significant amount. That attitude is completely inappropriate for a hotel claiming to offer premium service.

The spa is a lovely place to slow down after a walk or hike, with a pool, saunas, and wellness facilities that feel restorative rather than rushed. Breakfast was generous and satisfying, and the staff were attentive, professional, and warm. Bianca Resort & Spa sits among forests with mountain peaks around it. The crisp alpine air and quiet made the sense of calm immediate and lasting. The hotel fits the landscape well, with the feel of a luxury lodge that doesn’t seem artificial or imposed. Inside, wood, stone, and soft lighting make a comfortable retreat. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and restful, with views of the forest and mountains and plenty of quiet. The balance of luxury, comfort, and nature felt just right for a five-star mountain hotel, with no excess or distractions. It’s a place to disconnect and recharge, and to remember what space and quiet feel like. Highly recommended.
