The food was absolutely amazing, and the facilities were good. I stayed during a bike trip in October, when it was off season and things felt relaxed and friendly. The hospitality and service were warm and really helpful.

I’ve got a real soft spot for Trsa. The owners are very friendly, the food is delicious, and the beds are comfortable. It’s a great base for trips toward Durmitor.

I stopped here for breakfast while bicycle touring, and it was really good. The owner was super nice, let me charge all my things, and even offered me a shower.

If you’re visiting Montenegro and want to try Kačamak, I wouldn’t come here for it. What they serve as Kačamak is made with corn starch flour, locally known as Palenta, though it’s supposed to be made from potatoes. That also explains the “affordable” 10 euro price.
