The room was kept very clean, and the women who brought room service were fantastic, polite, professional, and helpful. For them alone, I’d give 10/10. The rest of the service felt slow and weak. There was no room phone, so we had to call reception on our own mobile, more than once, and responses took a while. We also found out coffee delivered to the room came with a 15 EUR service fee, which felt excessive for this kind of hotel. The restaurant didn’t seem large enough for all the guests. When we went down for dinner at 19:00, they said we could only eat until 21:00 because it was reserved for other hotel guests. That was really inconvenient. The spa looks beautiful and is well designed, but the swimming pool was cold and uncomfortable. The TV had no YouTube or smart features, which was surprising in a newly built hotel. We asked about connecting it to the internet to use YouTube through the web, but were told the TV had no internet because of technical issues in the building. We left feeling the stay fell short of expectations.

That little bit of help made all the difference. You found an outlet in the garage so I could charge my electric car while having lunch with my children. It only gained 6%, from one socket, but those were the critical 6% that let me drive calmly from Kolašin to Budva. At the most expensive hotel in Kolašin, at 1600 m, they wouldn’t let me do the same. They had no charger, and seemed unwilling to find even a free socket, although I was their guest. Your staff now feel like family to me. We’ve stayed with you before and loved everything, as many others have already written about that, and we’re coming back next week. Thank you again. The charger gave me more than power for the car, it left me feeling positive and grateful.

The rooms are modern and nice, and the location is good, but the service didn’t feel up to five star standards. I arrived at check-in time, 3:00 PM. After lunch, I tried to reserve dinner for that evening, only to hear the restaurant was fully booked for Valentine’s Day, with 7:00 PM the only time available, just two hours after lunch. A hotel should be ready for evenings like that. Guests come to relax, not to have to book dinner days ahead.

I really enjoyed the spa and gym, and we had a great massage. The indoor pool could be a little warmer, though. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were roomy, and staff made a real effort to be welcoming. Everything still feels new and high quality, including the shower area with its washing machine and dryer. There’s also a kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine, plus a good sized living and dining area. The hotel is high up in the mountains, about a 20 minute drive from the ski resort. There’s underground parking, though it only holds around 20 cars.
