The room had fantastic views, and the food was great. My sister and I stayed four nights at Galia hotel, a quiet family-run place with most of the amenities we needed. The family running it were lovely, as was the rest of the staff. The only thing we missed was a kettle for making tea or coffee. We had a great stay.

Our economy double was small, though the balcony looked out over the bay of kotor. The hotel has a few parking spaces out front and lets guests use the parking at the hotel next door too. It takes about 40 minutes to walk into the old town of kotor. The on-site restaurant was good and reasonably priced for the area. Breakfast is made to order, with a long list of choices.

The balcony view across Kotor bay was stunning, and our room was comfortable. The owners made us feel very welcome while we were exploring Montenegro. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the service was great. I’d happily recommend staying here.

You’re only 50 meters from the nearest beach, with the hotel right on the coast and lovely views of the sea and hills. There are plenty of parking spaces, and it’s very biker friendly. Breakfast has lots to choose from, so finding a good morning meal was easy. A great place to stay.
