Nest Ozana

The room was spacious, clean, and in good condition, with a comfortable large double bed. The receptionist was friendly, let us check in before the scheduled time, and helped print our tickets. The old town location is convenient, near an exit, with a grocery store just steps away. There were some issues with the room. It faced the wall of the building across from us, only about two metres away. One shutter was missing and there were no curtains, so light came in from the opposite window at night. The entrance hall windows faced ours directly, leaving no privacy and making everything visible, so we hung a towel over the window. Slippers and a TV were listed as amenities, but neither was in the room. They brought the slippers after we mentioned it. The bathtub instead of a shower was a matter of preference for us. There was constant background noise from a transformer box, and the hot water ran out quickly while we were bathing.

A fantastic room, spacious, clean and cozy, with everything you need: a hair dryer, slippers, washing machine and air conditioning. The bathroom was large, and the staff were very polite.
