Hotel Marija

The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, professional, and attentive, and the whole experience at hotel Marija in Montenegro was unforgettable. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had stunning views of the sea and surrounding landscape. The restaurant was excellent too, with fresh, flavorful food and a fantastic breakfast buffet offering plenty of local and international options. The location is ideal for beaches, historic towns, and natural scenery. Every part of our stay went beyond expectations. Highly recommended for a visit to Montenegro, with comfort, luxury, and genuine hospitality in one of Europe’s most beautiful places. Best hotel in Montenegro.

We had a short family holiday at Hotel Marija and found the staff helpful and friendly throughout. The restaurant served good food, and the service was excellent. It’s a charming, well-kept old hotel right in the heart of the old town, so everything was very accessible. I’d highly recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay.

A really poor experience. I booked one night, then was told the accommodation was overbooked and that the provider had moved my travel dates without asking me. I was very disappointed by that practice and won’t stay here on a future visit to Kotor.

The location was amazing and breakfast was good, but the room was super noisy. I could hear everything from the other rooms and water moving through the pipes. Cleaning could have been better, with hair and seeds on the floor. The place is very old, though the bathroom had been nicely renovated. At 90 Eur for a single room for one night, it seemed too expensive, and I wouldn’t stay again.
