The waterfront was close, and getting around from there was convenient. That was the best part of the stay. The apartment was a letdown: old, with a strong unpleasant smell, lots of small bugs, and poor cleanliness. Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable, there were no bath towels, shampoo or shower gel, and the air conditioning barely worked. Construction noise began at 9 AM, making it hard to rest. It was also on the fourth floor with no elevator. The location couldn't make up for the poor comfort and upkeep.

I spent six lovely days here in October 2018, in a one-bedroom apartment on the second floor. The balcony caught the sun from 7 in the morning until 6 in the evening, and averaged 27 degrees, a real sun trap. Inside, it was comfortable, very clean, had everything I needed and had a bit of Balkan charm. The host was very welcoming. Voli market is a three-minute walk away, with lots of good places to eat nearby. I tried to book again for this year, but it was full for my travel dates. I'd definitely stay again.

The beach is right outside the house, with a promenade of restaurants and cafes in front. There's a large Voli market next door, and secure parking less than 100m behind the building. The terrace has a perfect view. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine. The owner was kind and helped us with everything when we changed apartments before arriving. A top spot in Petrovac, all praise.
